Why were you punished?: it said i didnt follow the rule 3.4 and i didnt comply with someone getting infront of my car and aiming a gun at me , but that is not true knowing that rule now since my last ban i did get out of the car when he asked and he proceeded to shoot me in the face even though i was a patrol officer at the time .. i did listen and just take the death that i knew was coming from the situation i then proceeded with following NLR and continued to Roleplay away from the area.
Why should this appeal be considered?: i feel like i have been cheated because i did comply with the man in reds orders to get out of the car and even though he had a firearm pointed at me and i then got shot in the head but understood now that 3.4 is what allows that to be possible cause he had a gun aimed at me and i didnt contest at all and listened to what he demanded . which wasn't much as i did just get shot almost instantly..
