Why are you opening an apology when you have an active dispute for this ban?

The reported player has been issued a ban for 3.4 for 1 month, their record is absolutely horrendous for this exact same situation. They failed to give any real reason behind their actions besides blaming ping and claiming it wasn't an actual roleplay scenario.

I will attempt to contact the user on steam for their justification before wrapping this up. If they don't respond in 72 hours I will continue with this without them.
