Why were you punished?: 3.4, i was standing near the staircase toward the gas station while there was an ongoing shootout at projex

Why should this appeal be considered?: This appeal should atleast in my opinion be considered, because I didn't think/know standing there would be a rule break, i was making an F6 to remove my props from projex as there was a raid or something happening in there, and i honestly didn't mean to stand there, i was just mindlessly standing there and writing an F6.
I also had to go AFK for a bit while standing there, no officers told me to go away from there either, only 7 or so minutes afterwards.

I am truly sorry for the 3.4, but i was never told standing above the stairs was a rule break, and again, i was contacting an admin via the F6 menu during that, and was AFK for a bit too.

oh and i would also like to add, the scambans said i have a "horrible history with 3.4", the ban i just had was sort of bullshit as the clip was an officer shooting my car for no reason and when i put my hands up, it had the visual glitch where the officer couldnt see it so he shot me and that was 3.4 :/

I was with him, and I also didn't know it was against the rules to stand near a shootout. I recieved a warning for it, though I have two previous 3.4 warnings. (though, they are fail to comply tickets)

i don't really have anything to prove, i was making an f6 and nobody told me anything ever that standing there was against the rules..

Not only were you spectating the shootout that was occurring and being in the vicinity of the shooting unarmed, but you also bypassed the perimeter set up by police, showing a clear disregard for your own well-being. By loitering in the area you only put more and more risk to your own life and this is valiantly proven by the fact a flanker pulls right up behind all of you after the fact.

You've also admitted yourself that you broke 3.4 and are apologizing for it, so I am unsure why you even formed this dispute.

I am truly sorry for the 3.4
