Thats the problem, cops dont actually give a damn about saving lives which makes sense as this is a video game afterall, but from a roleplay standpoint as a police officer you wouldnt be fiending for a shootout ever in real life.

Yeah i agree in real life the story would be different but in perp there is literally 0 lives at risk.

I understand that everyone automatically gets assigned but maybe that is a mistake in the policies as i believe saving lives should have priority over stopping some money from being stolen

Shouldnt normal raids technically take more priority than bank raids if both are happening at the same time? If u think about it when someone raids the bank all the cops immediately flock to that even if there is a (Normal raid) ongoing at another spot. This seems very odd to me as in a bank...

Great suggestion honestly i like all 4 potential buffs but obviously they cant all be added as that would be insanely hard to balance. 3 is my favourite.

Youre right in the fact that drugs could probably use a rework in some Way be it drug dealer events, new drugs even or something else. I would just personally hate to see drugs nerfed as basing/doing drugs is my favorite thing to do in perp.

Idk never Saw you or Dave do anything But PD - i Will say though there are cool aspects in this suggestion But i honestly think the drug dealer is fine as is.

Only problem i see with this is that for PD its a policy break and for civs it would be a rule break which i dont Think is fair as it basically soft locks the civ out of opportunities of RP.

But of course all the PD mains want drugs nerfed it makes sense.
