This is very much part of it. Bazaar feeling less busy is not entirely because it feels less populated because of its size. Less people are choosing to run shops right now, and at least some of that is 100% down to the map being new, and people wanting to play on it, not sit in a shop 24/7. I...

Bazaar is getting some layout changes in 6.1 Same big shops, but a bit closer together.
