Server Suggestion F3 UI RESTYLE

Suggestion Title: F3 UI RESTYLE
Suggestion Description: Rather than the oldschool garry's mod style menu for the F3 organization, we should modernize it and make it look more immersive.

F3 menu would appear as a horizontally held phone with all the features of the menu currently.

Additionally, it can be made into an APP on your phone that appears / unlocks when you join an ORG or make one.

Why should this be added?:
- immersion
- Modernizing oldschool UI
- Looks better than the barebones gmod hud

What negatives could this have?:
- Having to have a phone to access the F3 menu. If preferred, we could just have the F3 open-able without one anyway.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Changing out the barebones UI in the F3 menu for something more immersive and nice to look at.

Sure, we'd love to modernize and improve every UI in the game. Moving it to the phone could make sense, and removes another arbitrary F-something key players need to learn and remember. But the current UI is in no way transferable to a phone layout and would require a complete re-work. I don't think this is in anyone's roadmap currently so I'll close as it doesn't really offer much for debate.
