Try disabling addons. Make sure nothing in the background is interfering. Start singleplayer first then try. Run file check/Defrag.

I think @Xquality is just testing the soap dropping for the jail server. I don't know any addons that can do this it just seems like the garrys mod bugs are capable of evolving more than the game itself.

If the police do not believe you can use a firearm correctly in a public area it should get confiscated because your a danger to the public. Firearms should only be confiscated if the person operating them cannot use them safely.

Due to the whole police force under the whitelist they might have done it to prevent people from looking up the answers to their application. I believe whitelisted police are only allowed access to it but I admit I did not really know about it.

No matter who or what rank you are most are willing to patrol with you. Consider learning some more from Corporals and supervisors and you might figure out why. I mostly patrol with PO's unless I do not have my own vehicle just PM me if you think you need a patrol from me im happy to help.
