In more recent times I have had this issue with NPCs and players having a weird pose, although not everyone though. I haven't been able to find any difference between the times when it happens and when it does not happen.

I think @Xquality is just testing the soap dropping for the jail server.

I don't know any addons that can do this it just seems like the garrys mod bugs are capable of evolving more than the game itself.
