I never had a person punished for running into a bazaar shop to mug someone who is already inside it behind the door. i guess it is good with rules, as the mugging map doesnt cover the singular shops.

Unpopular opinion but good idea, can't stand bazaar shootouts as a cop, can't stand being mugged of a cup of joe and a burger while crafting or selling, everyday a lot of mass RDMs happen at bazaar, and it would be a really good RP zone if things got sorted out somehow. Upvote from me
