what thorgal said, plus a medic was in the area of regals and i was belived to have taken DNA, on the people we had killed. its no rulebreak shooting cop that you have gunpointed, and you also walked into the line of fire.

they arent "useless", just sit from afar tapping at cops. murder should be easy to get away with. just know how to recoil control, and suppressor gets better then rifle comp. it shouldnt really be buffed, its balanced in my opinion.
