Why should this player be punished?: Player demanded me to put my hands up following a traffic stop, after complying he just decided to shoot me for no reason straight after I put my hands up. Please see video evidence - I could understand his actions if we got out with our weapons and GP'd the driver etc... However, there was nothing we did that suggested we we're conducting anything further than a traffic stop.

what thorgal said, plus a medic was in the area of regals and i was belived to have taken DNA, on the people we had killed. its no rulebreak shooting cop that you have gunpointed, and you also walked into the line of fire.

Correct, despite the assailants scenario you cannot just KOS Cops who are performing a traffic stop. It is extremely obvious that we were doing nothing more than the stop. You did not attempt to give orders but rather just shot - therefore risking your life and not attempting to control the situation effectively.

i gonna be as genuine as possible, its a risk that wasnt worth us taking, with a medic in the area of a raid, where we had killed you and other officers. it could easily be conculded that we had good belif in the medic would take dna. we were also transporting drugs, from the raid at regals to tidal, we did therefore not fully trust that it was a "minor traffic stop"

I appreciate this, however you are always told you must fully assess a situation before taking action. Here you verbally heard us conducting a Traffic Stop but still somehow 'didn't trust' it. It still stands that you broke 3.4.

I did not risk my life nor break 3.4, I acted in a way to prevent myself from receiving a 7+ year sentence if the medic had checked DNA, Your NLR timer shows i had literally killed you 10 minutes ago which gave the medic we saw enough time to take DNA. You pulling us over after we had just killed multiple cops and were transporting drugs was not a matter of 3.4 but avoiding a risk of you detecting that we had killed cops 10 minutes prior to this “traffic stop”.
