It doesn't need fuel. A similar thing happened to me, when I car bombed an electric car at slums, and it ended up blowing later at bazaar after it was turned on again.

If a car has its engine on, while the bomb is placed, it won't blow up. Only after they turn off and turn on the engine will it blow up. Do you think this could've been the case, happens most often with electric vehicles.

I have attempted to decorate a shop, and it was really frustrating to find that something that worked for so long is broken. And adding details to builds is a really nice touch. I don't see why it shouldn't still work via cash register.

At the same time, cars are not able to get dirty, either from driving in forest, cornfield rd., farmfields or a god stick command.
