Type of Bug: Lua

Description of the Bug: Unable to make a car dirty, still.

How to reproduce the Bug: I used a Chevrolet C10, driven for roughly 20 minutes in farm fields and forest.
God stick didn't work either. It apparently says it was made dirty in logs, but nothing happens.
