Try removing all your addons, then re-installing only perpheads content or no content at all, and then join the server. See what that does for you.

The clip speaks for itself, there is a very clear and obvious breach of 3.4 here. @tylerye I appreciate that you apologized to the person involved and you are both satisfied with the results of it. This doesn't take away the fact that with your playtime and record you should know better...

We do not believe that any rule violations have occurred in the clip provided. Stealing a car in front of someone in a situation like this CAN be deemed as 3.4, but only if there's no one properly providing cover to the person stealing the car, which wasn't the case. Reviewed with @kerzify
