Why should this player be punished?: Because this player has clearly shot me for no real reason appart from being told to move from the property as they where body blocking me in as i was crafting/putting guns on the wall so i see this as not really any intent to roleplay just shooting and killing for no real reason theres not much else to really say vid speaks for its self if more needs to be added please feel free to tell me Thanks

I had a chat with Rico on steam, it seems like a misunderstanding from Rico's side, as he believed you were a threat to them at the time.

Although it is of course still not okay to just shoot someone for minor reasons.

@Crackhead Kermit could you please keep me up to date in a private message and let me know once you have received the weapon from them?

I will not issue any punishment as I can see both sides in this story and believe Rico and TDC are doing their best to make it up to you by refunding your weapon.
