You are clearly admitting your wrong doing here and in an apology you made before this, hence a dispute is a bit invalid here. Also, why would you still continue to mug someone, getting yourself into roleplay if you know you have to go (soon) If you disagree with the ban length/punishment...

It is too early for me to consider an early unban or reduction on your punishment, though I do appreciate your apology and I hope you are telling the truth when you say you finally understand what you did is not acceptable.

I have already accepted a refund for something to do with the bugs. If solely the bugs are a reason for lost items, make a report and lets a staff member check it. Im sure a few refunds can be accepted if it was solely due to the bugs/freezing errors.
