Ah right I see, maybe the implementation then needed is to have a rule for the community that they cannot post that it’s a duplicate thread and link the old denied one? This in turn should stop staff prematurely closing threads because they’ve seen it is a duplicate

Community suggestion should work for two parts, gets dev response on what currently happens regarding it, which can lead to rule implementation.

Clarity from devs would be good here to know to what extent suggestions are denied based on duplication or whether that’s just became a phrase people accept on Perp that in reality isn’t true. Also, there is 100% going to be a bias that if you open a suggestion thread and see the top post being...
