What's the rated speed for those? Check for a sticker on the ram or the site where you bought them from if it's not a pre-built. You should be able to run them at 3000 at least, if not 3200.

What speed is your RAM running at? Task Manager>Performance>Memory I would also advise moving your Garry's Mod install to a SSD.
