Why should this appeal be considered?: Hi, I’m French, and I was experiencing some technical issues, my connection glitched and the game crashed so I had to wait a bit before I could log back in. When I tried to reconnect 20 minutes later to return the Kalash, I discovered that I had been banned. I would like to request an unban; I was actually planning to make a purchase in the shop right before I found out about the ban.
