The player has not responded to my attempt to add them on steam. The player will receive a 2 week ban and 2 month blacklist as they have quite a history with abusing the SS job.

The clip speaks for itself, there is a very clear and obvious breach of 3.4 here. @tylerye I appreciate that you apologized to the person involved and you are both satisfied with the results of it. This doesn't take away the fact that with your playtime and record you should know better...

We do not believe that any rule violations have occurred in the clip provided. Stealing a car in front of someone in a situation like this CAN be deemed as 3.4, but only if there's no one properly providing cover to the person stealing the car, which wasn't the case. Reviewed with @kerzify

Just FYI why the ban is 7 days. You were notified by me that you were doing something stupid, and instead of complying after you made a H&S and then continued speaking and breaking out. You're basically admitting your wrong doing in this dispute, but other staff will look into it regardless...
