I haven't managed to join a beach derby event yet but understanding the mechanics you've said here, I can imagine a standard circuit like above would make it more involved and differently placed. Maybe as an additional option so both are available to the event host?

I think it's always good to have additional alternatives like streamable because of things like Imgur closing to the UK due to the Online Safety Act, but I am unfamiliar with streamable so I won't comment on that.

Love this, especially the garage, I imagine it can be easily forgotten and used for vehicles instead of what most people would end up using it for in real life, storage. More of this!

Given this, maybe you could update your suggestion to allow for Mods to be able to give prop extensions when 2 conditions are met, no Sr. Mod online and less than half (64) players online. That might be a better possibility but likely won't constitute a development priority

I know it's frustrating not being able to get a prop extension during some hours, but I agree with Tilin, it can be quite an impactful thing as I know many people already struggle with lag on a reasonably frequent basis, more people managing prop extensions just opens up more possibilities of...

I'm glad you've got a solution - drivers drive me up the wall, pun intended. I used to have this issue ages ago in like 2014, ended up being hardware that just didn't handle together well, and also an extremely slow HDD
