I have attempted to contact them via Steam to explain their actions
They have 48 hours as I will also attempt to contact them in-game

[Crunchin]

WAIT A DAMN MINUTE. I didnt even do that? I cannot make those and I used a car bomb earlier on someone thats what I thought this was about.

[Crunchin]

I swear check the logs, I just watched the evidence clip and I did not do that. I am genuinely confused, I thought this was about the incident I had with a guy in a teal car.

[jams]

@ImaManOfAllah how did you determine who placed the bomb? I will investigate logs shortly.

[ImaManOfAllah]

@Jyrgen told me

[ImaManOfAllah]

he checked the logs and gave me his steam name and in game name plus you don't have to make them to use them you can buy them

[jams]

@Crunchin is not the user who did this to your vehicle.
The user who did this (@orion253) has not been on the forums in years so I will attempt to contact them to explain their actions in-game or via steam.
They have 72 hours.
