after reviewing the video and the logs i have found the user breaking 2.5 and 3.4. the user had no valid reason to drive into PD and while inside PD he failed to comply under gunpoint and also killed an officer using his vehicle. with this being said the user will be issued a 1 day ban

After talking with the user he admits to storing the items based on the thought that he was going to be raided. For this the user will be issued a warning for 3.18

I was able to contact the user and obtain their side of the situation. After reviewing all available information the user has been issued a warning for 2.4 and 3.4. As the user is new the rule break was also explained to them so they understand the issue going forward.
