Never seen you before. If you wish to become part of the staff team, you need to be active and get to know a lot of people. Also, having recent warnings goes against the requirements of the position.

But.. Wheres the limit? Some people might think its a good idea to strike as soon as you're 10$ under max pay. So guidelines on the appropriate "low salary" level should be made.
