Main problem for me is the fact that the best way to earn money is through hours of growing. No real reward for doing any real rp, also almost no reward for raiding. Raiding needs to be more rewarding for its risk instead of it being all risk and barely any reward.

on your spray, crouching is not needed, you tend to crouch too early and a bit too much. When crouched you head is much easier to hit and your character becomes wider. Plus your movement is much more limited. Counter strafing is much more efficient. On your aim you are above average, game sense...

How would this benefit anyone? This will just make the server have even less action then it already has when almost all the raiders are banned. Plus this would punish smaller orgs substantially, would punish them even more when they raid or defend their base.
