emergency vehicle is not defined in any way throughout the whole penal code. Which means, the law wouldn't specifically apply to any vehicles.

Gocha, i removed that from the law itself, and will make a suggestion regarding it specifically. But the leeway is really to create a safer situation for emergency services and civilians. I've been passed plenty of times causing myself or other officers to end up in a Motor vehicle crash.
