What do you need refunded: 4 Planter Boxes (With Light poles and Radiator), 24 Gardening Pots, 4 water tanks, 24 Cannabis Seeds, as well as 2 basic planters, 10 water bottles and 10 cannabis seeds. (I would greatly appreciate having the money instead of the items (120,000$) because I already re crafted everything because of the time it took, Money would be appreciated. [I am also posting this on behalf Of Bob Sole and Tommy Mcnough])

That link won't work because that is the link to the file on your PC, you have to upload it to youtube or another media website.

While the PO was breaking policies by acting on his own, he was not actually breaking the law. Regardless of the situation leading up to it, you gave the PO permission to enter your property, which is why your drugs were confiscated.
