I do not know many people on the server well, and lack anyone that I hang out with a ton so it is hard to choose, but I will probably mention the ones I have gained much benefit from.
Max Pierce probably a big one. Was the org leader for The Vanguard until it recently dissolved due to him and other heads of the org not being able to 24/7 the server like members wanted. But he had just had a chill personality, encouraged us to play how we wanted and have fun on the server while trying to give us the best qualities that reflected our strengths. Now without the org and many of the buds I had made in it, I feel a bit lost again so that's how I know his impact was large.
Sammy Billerton is probably my best chum, anytime we see each other its always a laugh or good interaction, still striking up conversations every day we see each other and is my biggest source of news around Paralake. He thrives just interacting with everyone where I tend to be more bashful so he helps keep me up to date on news and drama around the city. Always good to see one that brings a smile to my day.
Other honorable mentions are @Dick Harris and @Apex . While I am not particularly close to either, they have been great influences for me within the city. Dick never seems to mind if I hang around or hover and gets me involved on bits and jokes happening around him which helps me feel a part of the city better. Apex/Ivan I have not seen too much of recently, mostly because I think we have opposing schedules but I catch glimpses of him online time to time and when I was first starting in the city he had helped familiarize me with government jobs and allowed me to join his units on EMS and PLPD to learn more. He also has such a laid back attitude that can still dictate firmness when required, but his reason and just being able to handle things logically without escalation is wonderful to be around as well.

My BEST FRIENDS are probably... Greggory skittle . He is like a mentor to me. Also Other really good friends are... Squid Armstrong he is a very nice person he always helps his friends. I Am also very good friends with Jorge Guadalupe he is the scholar of our friend group, smart. I am also fond of my friends Dick Harris and Steve Phromkraft we play a lot.
