Your Steam/In-game Name: _Patrxk / Brian Johnson

Why Should This Player Be Punished: As i was walking over to the PD I heard shots fired at regals. I decided to run over there right away i saw Richard with a shotgun and 3 bodies around him. He then stored the shotgun in his trunk. As I was there, other officers came to assist me, as i told Richard to get the gun out the trunk he refused, i then used /me's to search his trunk and he still refused to take his gun out. After a conversation in LOOC Richard finally got the gun out, He then proceeded to shoot me with his shotgun in a public setting with 3-4 officers around him. That of course lead to his death. Richard then stated in OOC that the people he killed in regals parking lot he tried to mug them - in a public setting.
