Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.4 - Staying near the PD during an active shoot out @Slums, looting bodies for guns (@TheRealPleaseDiePie Beretta M9, probably more taken) . Player later died as a result from somebody else (check logs as I don't know by who). Sadly I got peppered by some guy in the market with a OTs-33 so I couldn't really confiscate it as soon as I went out /shrug
