4K Monitor

So I'm looking at 4K monitors, and I'm wanting a good cheap one, my budget being <£450
preferably. So far I've got my eyes on this one, but I want to hear other's opinion on the matter. If you have a really good one, let me know, link me to it, etc. If not I'll probably end up getting this one.

RIP your fps, i got a 32" at 1440k because that's the DPI i want and i can scale text at 100% while actually seeing it.
