No person shall injure another person through negligence.

Liable to how critical the injuries were.

Why should this change/addition be made:
to prevent people from acting irresponsibly and casually

What is the aim of this change/addition:
to prevent people from acting irresponsibly and casually
Additional Information:
Lawmakers have right to change my law as they wish as I believe I'm not really good at making laws.
