911: First Responders - Troubleshoot

[Prepper]

I've fallen in love with a game called 911: First Responders.

However, I keep crashing every 10-15 minutes within the game regardless whether it's campaign-mode or "free roam". - No warning/message is given.

Any ideas/suggetions on how to fix this?

What's your operating system, are you playing with any mods?

I've installed a Copenhagen Fire Brigade mod but I had the problem even before I installed the mod ;-; I have Windows7

Go to your steam folder, go to steamapps > common > 911: First Responders

Upload logfile.txt and post it here, that way I can see where it crashes.

Try uninstalling or validating the game files
