Suggestion Title: Ability to mute texts from the dealer/other players

Suggestion Description: A button to mute text sounds/notifications.
Note: There is the ability to block numbers but this does not work correctly with the dealer and the dealer is still able to message you.

Why should this be added?: QoL, the dealer is not as relevant for some players, players that receive regular texts may want to prioritise certain numbers at a given time etc.

What negatives could this have?:
Dev time, possibly sweaters not realising they've muted the dealer

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Unwanted notification disruptions.

In all honesty, once you have location as a benefit, I wouldn't mind if it was just entirely disabled since you can just message for it anyway

Text notifications should stay, sometimes it’s the only thing pd can work with for an investigation

This could be a nice way but I think another way to implement this is users can change the notification sound to a specific persons contacts and choose it could have some default notification sounds but also custom ones the custom ones should be client sided as it could be some obnoxious sounds, but there should also be a default notification sound for everyone if users prefer it that way.
