Suggestion Title: Ability to put on and off the oxygen mask as FD
Suggestion Description: If possible, add the FD oxygen mask as an item to the inventory, like the secret service PLPD hat, that way people don't need to sign on and off duty, to get it on their characters.
Why should this be added?:
-Would be a cool to be able to put on and off the mask on the FD characters, not just getting it randomly by signing on duty, basically QoL.
What negatives could this have?:
- I don't see any, imo.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Would solve having to sign off duty and on, to get the mask.
