Ability to Turn Stoves On and Off

Suggestion Description:
In short, this feature would give players the ability to toggle cooking on or off, helping prevent nearby fish from burning while items are being sold.

Why should this be added?:
I was attempting to run a food court inside the Bazaar by cooking fish fresh for customers, but when I picked up the cooked fish and sold it via the terminal/register, the stove continued cooking, causing nearby fish to burn.

What negatives could this have?:
I don’t see any obvious negative impact from adding this feature.

What problem would this suggestion solve?:
This feature would prevent items listed for sale from continuing to cook and burning when placed near a stove.
