- Able to lower the volume of the voice radio as a police officer.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):

For example, you are trying to speak with someone and you cant hear shit while the Lieutenant is making an important announcement. You can't hear anyone, it's just annoying. We have a mute button but we don't have a f.e. 50% volume button. This will be much better because you can hear both the radio and the people around you.

- If J is not binded bind 50% volume to J.

Something that would save the entire server. However at this moment in time it's impossible. Spoken to the Owners before but they've informed me there is no way to turn down people talking, there is only one setting for volume for people speaking so if you changed that, it changes all talk.

All we can really do is spam Facepunch forums until killburn does something
