Suggestion Title: Accepting 911 calls option within the Police Computer
Suggestion Description: Add an option to receive 911 calls when patrolling.

Why should this be added?:
- Allows PD to conduct their duties without being interrupted by a cell phone call
-Save officers lives as if in a life threatening situation, the ringtone could give officers position away

What negatives could this have?:
- Sweaters wanting to test the feature without having a emergency will not have as many officers to contact

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Officers getting killed in shootouts because their phone pops up playing "Many men" by 50 cent, the storage locker in PD will not look like an Apple store.

Set your unit status to busy and the calls will be redirected to other units that can accept them if available.

Set yourself as busy and the system will assign you as the last option to get it
A additional QoL feature for this is already on my list
