Why should this player be punished?: killed a medic and myself for seemingly no reason
it is also worth mentioning that the murder on the medic had taken place almost 10 minutes prior to me showing up and noticing that he had been shot, not just crushed by an ambulance; so i have no idea why he was still sitting at the scene of the initial murder
the only prior interaction either of us had with the person was
1. the medic had given call outs about his car after a prior raid
2. i impounded his car after it had been used in a crime (reckless driving in this instance)

So, the whole situation started back at slums, where I was raiding apartment 5. I killed all the officers who came to the scene, and suddenly, I heard some voices below me. I thought it was cop at first, but when I started clearing the staircase, I found out it was that medic. I immediately told him to put his hands up and stay there for a couple of seconds because I was trying to retrieve a gun I dropped earlier. After that, I went back up and told him to follow me down the stairs. When we made it to the slums parking lot, I told him a couple of things. 1) That the medic cannot return to the scene to DNA and pick up the bodies. 2) That he cannot use his radio to inform cops about me or the situation that just occured. I also added that I would definitely kill him if he tried to break those rules I set for him. After that, I told him that you can run to the city and go on with your day. Fast forward to like 2min later, I went to store some weapons in the storage, where I spotted that same exact medic staring at me near the hospital. I waited like 20 sec because I was afraid that he has alerted the police about me, and boom a little later, 2 cop cars with lights on were exiting the PD parking lot and starting to head towards storage. I left the storage immediately, and the cops started chasing me. I got away and hid in the bazaar for a solid 20 minutes where I finally got caught. I was locked up for 10 years and got a 10k ticket. After I got out, I went to kill the medic because clearly he didn`t value his life. @Lucius Husky

Your friend was already breaking the rules by staying on the scene when were shooting, and after I killed the officers. He was sitting in slums 4 as the raid was going on in slums 5, and there were no officers on the scene. You’d think he would leave right? No, this guy stayed and started to spit in the radio like Eminem. I gave him a chance to leave and spare his life, but he did not listen. And the bodies would have disappeared by the time I was locked up.

Also you tried to lie in your initial report against me. I did not stay next to the hospital for 10 minutes. You had no solid proof of that happening, but still you wanted to add that part to your AR?
