Why should this player be punished?: Subject shot me unjustifiably in cold blood while I was actively engaging with a civilian risking his life by unnecessarily killing me. I had no information if he was wanted or not and I had not seen him until I turned for a few seconds and getting blasted in the head (He was arrested and put in jail as he was caught at city storage losing everything he had on him)
