Why should this player be punished?: Me an brian was dealing with a situation at office 6 where there had been a raid, there was no guns ouside of the property so we continued to investigate. On the DNA there was two people Wok and Kanan as of which we questioned kanan/mei which they replied that Wok didn't live there (He was basing with them) Brian explained that he was going to warrant Wok for 9.5 being as he had killed someone outside of their property, Mei/Kanan had stated that Wok was a counter of sorts and had no relation to them. Mei/Kanan doubled down and stayed adamant that wok didn't live there. Later during the investigation I told Mei/Kanan that we knew Wok was in there as Brian saw him. I told Brian that we had no reason to emergency search the place do to the only crime they had committed was 6.1 and 6.2 neither of which constitutes a sentence over 7 min. While me and Brian was talking they walked out of their apartment and shot us, we had no guns out nor was planning to raid.

They risked being raided by knowingly getting one of their base mates warranted for 9.5 for the reason to keep the raiders weapons (3.4) alongside RDM (not sure what the number is for that) being that they killed us without a justifiable reason.

Hello, I had been kept in cuffs for nearly 10 mins already after trying too leave office when I had come too flank. I had been let out of cuffs and another probs 15/20 mins had passed they was still trying too find the guns. By the time police had got to the scene we had moved all guns inside and they had no proof they wasnt either minge grabbed or another 1 of them had survived and took the guns.
I went along with the lie as I'm not throwing my org member under the bus saying he is lying.
As for them claiming we "rdmed" them, as u can see in the 2nd clip provided they was saying about raiding us, how they "don't want too" cause they'll get "fucked" as they said. Me and Wokdon both heard them say they saw him inside, they then was also talking about warranting kanan for murder as he had finished a raider off, if that was too happen they would have clear ground too raid. That is whywe pushed out, killed both tfu on scene cleared the full office complex then left.[/pending]

little bit of context first:
We had raided office 5 (I believe? might have been 4, doesn't really matter anyways) prior to this situation and I had killed 3 or 4 people inside). This lead me to believe that I might already be warranted or at least have DNA on me from that raid.

Now onto the current situation, we had just been raided by liquid and I killed 6 of them. As I am dragging the guns back in, I hear police and I quickly finish throwing the guns into Office 6. By this point it's already too late to give them back, as I'd also risk being arrested for tampering with evidence. I believed the best way forward was to just sit quiet inside the apartment. Unfortunately, I have no control over what other people decide to say, as I can't speak myself, or they will realize I'm inside.

I had 6 guns, planters from office 5 or 4 inside and on top of all that, I personally witnessed Kanan Saint-Patrick (the owner of Office 6, where we were basing) finish off multiple raiders right in front of me, further leading me to believe that the police might have even more reason to raid, even if we handed over the guns.

Taking into account that we had 6 raider guns, multiple planters from a previous raid and our own planters and chem tables inside of Office 6 and that the police has more than enough reason to raid, even if we hand over the guns (they say that themselves, Ankan says something along the lines of "you know that constitutes murder, right?" (talking about Kanan, the owner of the property) in chat but it is not included in the video.

Also cherry-picking one argument out of the many I provided and just sticking with the one that fits your story the best is crazy to me. No, I did not kill you just for the raiders' guns.

Funny thing is we didnt even check office 4-5 and we was only after the guns which our action was clear enough gambit said he was wallbanging so it was believable that he didnt finish them off on purpose we had multiple dna of u guys so we knew u guys took the guns inside that was enough proof for us and we was speaking about the if we should breach or not clearly in the clip it shows that.instead of giving us the guns u got urself wanted for murder since gambit lied to us saying he did not know u

You guys literally said that Kanan had committed murder, the chances of you raiding us at that point were very high. The bodies were split in locations where it would have been impossible for Kanan to wallbang and finish them all off, which would make his story about finishing them off while wallbanging false and get him arrested for murder, as Ankan literally told him before.

I aint tryna twist no story. We believed gambit wallbanging excuse so we had no reason to arrest him for murder PLUS why wouldnt i have arrested him when he was infront of me when i checked dna?? Cuz clearly i was only after the guns which u guys didnt wanna give when we knew there was weapons there so u risked ur life. Ankan was talking about the possibility of what can happen. The only charge u was going to get was tempering with evidence but u chose to stay in base

As stated by Brian, I said that COULD consitute murder, there is a difference. I also made it very clear that we were just out for the weapons. If you were listening to our conversation through the door you would also have heard that we said we were not going to raid, or did you only listen to the part where I said we'd get fucked?

Besides all the agruing weapons does not allow you to justify a 9.5 charge on your base mate since you risk getting raided (3.4), furthermore the ONLY DNA we had was from office 6, sure kanan finished them off but as stated by him he "wallbanged" which is a reasonable explaination. Moving on to the killing of us, neither of the base members were suspected for anything other then tampering with evidence which constitutes a maximum of 3 years and not enough to kill cops. You stated that you heard us talking about raiding you but failed to hear/mention that we also in other words said that we weren't going to raid... strange. Additionally as you stated that you had a suspicion that you were warranted why didn't you ask the weed dealer by typing warrant?

This entire situation could have been avoided by giving us the weapons and a slim chance of a ticket, for all I cared you could have given us pistols lmao.

6.1 6.2 6.3 6.5 10.2 is the crimes that I can justifiably say now neither of which gives a sentance over 6 years

You never had a warrant, due to you basing there you were allowed to defend yourself due to the raiders which makes the initial hiding of yourself even more questionable as you followed the law by defending yourself in your own home. By you not telling us what happened and your teamates throwing you under the buss it risked your freedom for a crime less than 3 years.

I am not going to continue arguing regarding the RDM as that is for the admins to decide however the blatant disregard for your own freedom alongside a possible loss of life for a minor offence is more or less the definition of 3.4 and the root of this entire situation.
