Why should this player be punished?: Blatantly breaking 3.4 giving Comms over TS because he has KOS on me while under direct gunpoint and not following orders. I gun pointed the player into the alley to put his hands up so I could stall him from following me and having Liam Iron-Currey kill me. Players also returned to the scene of a large PD shootout and were attempting to kill me with a medic about 10 feet away. Whole situation began because NASA started punch whoring Ace Abo and I anyway.

iI didn't even know our organization had a kos on you, since I was in prison for 10 years. I only found out when I came to Storage, and I was just hanging around with you without knowing we had a warrant out for you. Then, when someone asked 20 times in TeamSpeak where Avid was, I said he was with me in Storage, but I thought it was just another stupid joke from you since we trolled each other quite often.

As I said, I'm fresh out of prison and had no idea about previous encounters, and when I was randomly gun-pointed even though a cop car was very close, I assumed he was just joking with me since he gun-pointed me for no reason and even though the police were there.
