Why should this player be punished?: I am reopening the first action request of Samson Oeveren.

''the person was trying to revenge me and got my name of the dead body from he's friend. He only never saw me in person and red my tag and killed me while he never got my identity in a roleplay matter.''

this is because the defendant self didn't respond at all and got a admin to fill it in for him. Also was there no official proof to the fact that information about the character was given by a medic.

Hello! After Collier disabled your car with his big gun I figured he saw it was you through his sniper scope
As you can clearly see in the clip aswell I am trying to actively investigate your identity before that point

thats a invalid reason.

Now i got the name of the person that sniped my car you and might just ask him why he fired as he wasn't ever able to know it was me and probably just got told by you to fire at me so i couldn't drive away anymore.
