Why should this player be punished?: He randomly started shooting at my car while he was inside someones house, I was just in my car and he shot me.

In the evidence provided from both sides of this situation, it is clear to me that @IKEA monkey did not do anything wrong by trying to force you out of the area. They are in the right to be paranoid of flankers, and chasing people out of the area through warning shots isn't just in their best interest, but one of the best courses of actions they could have taken to keep the area clear. They are justified in doing so. Saying that they are shooting you is a stretch of the truth.

@MintyLiteralGod, IKEA monkey fired two spaced shots towards your car with the intent to miss, which they did, as a warning to leave the area. Your first reaction should not be to start yelling at him in OOC to stop shooting you, as you not only attempt to use OOC means to communicate, but also fail to value your life in the same step. You significantly delayed your departure from the area to do so, and even failed entirely once you kept sitting there to type and stepped out of the car.

Running toward IKEA monkey afterwards is another step towards failing to value your life, and your continued claims of RDM in voice chat breaks character.
Your continued flaming of IKEA monkey in OOC after your death is simply put; disrespectful.
