Why should this player be punished?: The user shot me (a paramedic) after I entered the property to revive someone. There were no verbal warnings, they just shot me while I was in the process of putting my hands up.
I feel like they had enough time to think about who was infront of them.

Since @adam elicha has failed to respond to this AR aswell as my friend request on steam, I will conclude this with the evidence provided.

The clip shows the user looking at you for a period of time before shooting, I believe there was more than enough time to issue commands asking you to leave the scene if there was still an on-going situation.

Due to this and the players record for 2.5 ill be issuing @adam elicha with a week ban.
