Why should this player be punished?: Player ran me over in a shootout blatantly breaking 3.4 causing me to have to disable his car so he wont kill me, leading to me getting severely damaged and completely distracted leading to my death which otherwise could've been avoided as there was only one single pistol cop left that I had to kill.

Upon reviewing @JuanBonita's demo, @Monkey7510 will receive a warning for: 2.5 & 3.4, they unnecessarily risked their life by driving into an on-going shootout that was nearly over to then shoot the raider dead moments after having their car disabled for attempting to run the raiders over.

@JuanBonita you will also receive a warning for: 3.18 - User started de-attaching multiple parts off a rifle mid-shootout.

I've also issued fitting punishments to eight other players who were spectating the shootout as if it were some kind of outdoor movie theatre, purely for their entertainment.
