Why should this player be punished?: Both users made the decision to flank with the intent to steal weapons. Their I believe raiding partners were dead however still flanked for the kill and guns for their own benefit. And it was cleared as Charles had checked all the doors of supposed and possible flanks which were all closed.

We had discussed raiding slums 1 previously but I decided to craft flashbangs first. Code Monkey unfortunately hadn't understood this and decided to place down the bomb without us being ready, due to this, I was a bit delayed in assisting the raid on slums 1 but I don't believe it makes any difference as I was still inside the building and ready to flank/breach the apartment. It's not as if I drove over to slums from e.g. storage just to collect the guns and drugs after my friends had died inside.

If you were inside the building like you said you must have known cops were there as we announced several times. So this flank is your fault.
