Why Should This Player Be Punished: RDM - Killing a probationary officer standing outside for no reason. I was standing outside of PD waiting for my NLR to go away, when I got shot from bank. I was posing no threat to anyone, and I was a PO so no reason to shoot me at all since I didnt see their faces or have any intel regarding the bank robbery. So apparently he thinks its okay when he is robbing the bank, to climb somewhere high, and snipe kill a probationary officer standing outside the PD

I see no issue with what @ALOO89 did. For yourself you should've not been there in the first place as per 3.5 New Life Rule - "While waiting for their NLR timer to run out, players should not wait in the vicinity of their NLR zone and should stay a reasonable distance away." - you will be warned for 3.5.
