Why should this player be punished?: I responded to a Life Alert located at Slums. Nothing was found and I went under the stairwell for a second. I went back up to ensure everything was fine and nothing has happened for close to 5 minutes (call came out, responded, arrived stayed a minute, nothing happening was most likely 5-6 minutes).
I exited outside of Slums and was instantly gunned down. I get this individual had a warrant, but it appears the job was already done. All doors were locked, except for Slums 1, which I cleared. This individual should of fled the scene when he had the opportunity instead of waiting to kill me, he risked his freedom and should be hiding if he had a warrant.
He killed numerous cops at Slums.

After reviewing the users demo, it was obvious that he has started multiple different shootouts unecessarily with police. Because of this, the user has been issued a severe punishment for rules 2.5 and 3.4.
