Why should this player be punished?: Gunpointed me and killed me without a valid reason to do so, 2.5 I was told to make an AR by @curak and @SadBoy who was involved in the situation.

Me and my org were initiating an org in industrial and we gunpointed them to put their hands up. I didnt kill you or you friend, i was told to help jackson

Jackson berry himself admitted in OOC that you guys gunpointed me and Liam because of you hearing something about us saying put your hands up on teamspeak (which we didnt) basically what im trying to say is this gunpointing/killing wasnt initiated because of you starting a raid it was started because you (or jackson) missheard what was said.

@curak One of our Org mates have a Clip of it We gunpointed one of them and his mate turned around and said I'll put my Hands up then while on TS Which is against the rules because he Stalled GP and also let his Organisation Know that we was there and GP them which allowed them to have time to push out and kill us because of his actions.

Curak i dont see a rule break here, Reason Being is They was on Teamspeak there was all of us ready to raid Industrial 3, woth guns visibly on our backs, they was on Teamspeak Near the base we was going to raid, My Friend Gun pointed them The person on Teamspeak says Hands up and in there Defence, why take the risk, there in a area where there was 6 or 7 of us fully armed ready to raid, 2 people pull up in a car, on teamspeak we Gunpoint them and one of them Says hands up, and we shoot him how are we meant to know there was only 2 people in TS The risk isn't worth taking regardless.

Gunpointing someone to start a raid is 1 thing, but u dont execute someone just for being in the vicinity of a raid youre about to start.
